Family Financial Provision
Presented by David Burrows
AN ESSENTIAL UPDATE COURSE FOR PRACTICE IN 2009
Recession and the credit-crunch will take their toll in ancillary relief cases, as with so any other aspects of life this year; and as more and more families live together unmarried tack v Dowden and Children Act 1989 Sch 1 (carer's allowance for the unmarried mother) remain increasingly important. Recent cases like Charman and Miller; McFarlane continue to reverberate through the field of family law. There are new developments in practice and procedure alongside - perhaps - a shift in judicial view on pre-nuptial agreements.
